    Hello, I contacted customer support over a week ago, but had no answer. I purchased the PRO version because I wanted to have scheduled automatic backups. Even though he connection to DropBox is correct (I can upload manual backups), the scheduler does nothing. I saw that other users are having the same problem (they have for a while) and are giving bad reviews. Is there a resolution? If not I would like a refund.

    Thanks for your reply. I have Version 1.1.3, which is the latest version for “Dropbox Backup & Restore PRO”, I don’t see any updates available on my dashboard. I meanwhile found a better solution for my backups. I still would like a refund.

    PS: What does it mean “it’s not allowed to speek about Pro versions on WordPress”?

    PS: on WordPress pages we can talk about free software and all around free software versions, otherwise the Mods can, possibly, delete this forum thread. The same is about WordPress reviews. Reviews about PRO plugin are not allowed to the FREE plugin version.
