PRO – Scheduler does not work

Hello, I contacted customer support over a week ago, but had no answer. I purchased the PRO version because I wanted to have scheduled automatic backups. Even though he connection to DropBox is correct (I can upload manual backups), the scheduler does nothing. I saw that other users are having the same problem (they have for a while) and are giving bad reviews. Is there a resolution? If not I would like a refund.
