Pro: Settings Blank Page

An update will be released next week that targets this bug.

I’m writing this for most people as they, like me , will assume that the upgrade to the paid Pro version will work just fine. STOP! It doesn’t!
WP Live Chat Pro does not work on my site at all. All the user sees is an endless message “Connecting. Please be patient”…but guess what…the plugin tries your patience and NEVER connects!.
Also what about some documentation please?…and…image profile pics won’t stick if they’re uploaded and saved. Is there a necessary format or image size?
…and…How does the email configuration for offline messaging work…(oh, that doesn’t work either!)
Fix it or withdraw it.
