(pro subscriber) excerpt=true not working on glossary index shortcode

    The parameter excerpt=true is not working on the glossary-list shortcode. I am a pro license holder. Also, I do not see any link on your website to get the ‘Premium Support’ that is apparently included in having a pro license, I only see a link to Documentation which doesn’t help me resolve this issue. Here is the shortcode being used on the page in question:

    [glossary-list noanchorterms=true empty=true excerpt=true]

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
