Pro Support does not work

I have tried and tried and tried unsuccessfully to submit a request for Pro Support. Every field is correct but it will not send. This is very frustrating and not what I expected from the support request and paying for a 2 site license!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’m trying to delete a website from my 2 site license and add a new website tonight for a presentation Tuesday morning.

So much for buying a pro version.
