Pro Support Ticket not working

I purchased the Ultimate Member Pro package yesterday and have several questions. When I go to the “paid support” page to submit a ticket it says that the page doesn’t exist. I’ve tried to find the answers to my questions in documentation, but the documentation is very thin. I need help with the following:
How to give permissions to different users to create forums and topics
Forums that have been created with topics say “sorry, no topics to show”
How can I format the user page so that it doesn’t list all of the user tags?The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
