Pro Theme installation question(s)

Hey all, I have a question regarding Pro Theme installation and implementation , particularly Modularity.

Are they installed the same way as regular themes or is there a more involved process required?

What are those steps of installation. I would go to the graph paper forums, but the require you to actually buy one of their themes to even get access. I’m not quite ready to throw down any money until I get an idea of what I would be getting into.

Any help or aid would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much in advance! ??
