Update: I purchased PRO on the 3rd October 2019. I attempted to login into the wpruby site to see if I could grab the update from there. It won’t let me login.

I clicked “forgot my password” and entered the same email address as my Purchase Receipt – it did not send me a password reset email.

I tried to sign up in case I checked out as a guest when I paid for it. The website says my email address has already been used.

Following the links in my Purchase Receipt email produces a message saying the download link has expired.

Following the link to submit a support ticket takes me back to the start again: can’t log in.

    I’m having the same issue.

    Hello Scott,

Please, visit this link and add your license key to the activation settings

https://example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=australia-post-woocommerce-extension-pro-activation (replace example.com with your domain name)

Then, please try to update the plugin again, it should work.

    Best Regards,
    Waseem
