Pro updated; regular Customizr got an error

  • This is odd. I updated 2 other sites tonight, no issues. On all sites I this from the Dsahboard, updating both Customirzs at the same time.
    On the 3rd, the update to Customizr Pro version 1.3.4 was fine but about the basic, I got this:

    An error occurred while updating Customizr: Download failed. cURL error 6: Could not resolve host: downloads.www.ads-software.com

    I don’t know how to proceed. Thankfully, the site isn’t dead.

  • Sounds like your host can’t get to the server because of DNS Config Issues. Check with your hosting provider.

    My host got to the Pro file just fine though. And I have been updating from this same location for months.
