    Hi Michael,

    I’m sorry to hear you are having a hard time! That’s definitely not what we wish on our customers.

    I’ve looked up your support account and definitely see that it seems there are some issues with messages being passed back and forth. I suspect there is a spam filter or something else that is causing our messages to not reach you as Ashley has responded in a timely manner to every single email you’ve sent. I’d be more than happy to provide screenshots of the messages as proof.

    Could you please check that our messages are not getting sent to your spam folder? Check for the address [email protected]

    We definitely want to help resolve the issue but are unable to do that if our messages to you are not being received.

    Michael – I know this doesn’t help solve your issue. I just wanted to let you know that the support from RCP, Ashley & Pippin, has been outstanding, and I have commented several times that they should teach other companies how to provide service.

    My contacts with them have been not for faults with the plugin, but due to my inability to understand help files.

    I still am not getting ANY replies through. I get your messages, but it seems when I reply it doesn’t get through. We keep waiting. I’d give you my phone number, I would do really anything. But it seems I cant get ANY message back. So the problems continue.
