I’m sorry to hear you are having a hard time! That’s definitely not what we wish on our customers.
I’ve looked up your support account and definitely see that it seems there are some issues with messages being passed back and forth. I suspect there is a spam filter or something else that is causing our messages to not reach you as Ashley has responded in a timely manner to every single email you’ve sent. I’d be more than happy to provide screenshots of the messages as proof.
Could you please check that our messages are not getting sent to your spam folder? Check for the address [email protected]
