    I was wondering if our library has +4K images but they are already on S3, can I still hop on the Bronze package to get some support and retain all of the plugin functionalities? In other words will the newly added media file still upload to S3? Also can we upgrade from one plan to another and only pay the difference?

    Yep, sure you can. Only non-essential features won’t work when you hit the limit. All the free plugin’s features will work fine. And yep, you can upgrade instantly from My Account and only pay the difference. ??

    I purchased the 1.0.4 Pro version on 12/14, and have had problems uploading jpgs to S3. I have been trying to get technical support, and have been completely ignored.
    The GOLD plan entitles me to support. I’ve sent diagnostics and data via the Plugin. I have emailed it directly as well. If this is the kind of support provided, maybe I should put in for a refund, since Support is non-existent.
