    After the payment you should get an email to the email address you entered during the payment process. That email should have a link to download. If you still have an issue let me know.

    and it never appeared ….. hence i’m posting and emailing – even tried calling. 5 day delay in responding?

    I am really sorry for the late response. All the other users got that email without any problem so there is definitely nothing wrong from our side. Have you checked email in spam/junk folder? If you still can’t find it there I can send you the link to your email address.

    Hi, Have mailed you twice and trying this way to get your attention. I paid for the pro version last week but never got a link back for download. I am not sure what you are up to but I do not think your support is very professional.
