Pro version: auto product & global not compatible?

  • Just installed the Pro version, and have immediately run into a problem.

    I have a global condition set to automatically add a gift when 2 in the category of “candles” are in the cart. I also have a product-level condition on a product (not in the “candles” category) to automatically add a gift (also not in “candles”). This one has the no. of free gifts set to 0. The global condition has the no. set to 2 (can’t set that to 0, btw).

    If I add 2 products of cat “candles” then the gift is added as I would expect. However, when I add the product-level product, that product’s free gift is not added.

    If I do it the other way round, ie add the product-level product first then it’s gift is added, but when I add the 2 “candles” products the product-level product’s gift gets removed, and the 2 x candles gift gets added.

    By the way, your Pro product page mentions better support, but your website doesn’t have any information, and the forum for it is 404!
