Pro Version Break Site

I installed the free version and it worked fine. I liked the plugin and decided to buy the pro version. However, when I went to install it I get a critical site error. I removed both versions and tried to install the pro version again and it still breaks the site. I just paid for it and I can’t even get it installed. Please help.
