    Hello!
I have bought your both Pro and Multifeed -versions and all have been great for few months but suddenly my technical support told me that Custom Facebook Feed causes this kind of message:

Customer Facebook Feed –plugin writes following kind of lines to Apache error log:
“[Sun Jan 31 16:09:29.272084 2016] [:error] [pid 2592] [client 66.249.78.157:51300] PHP Notice: Undefined index: count in /…/…/public_html/wp-content/plugins/custom-facebook-feed-pro/cff-init.php on line 3270, referer: https://www.e-tampere.fi/e-tampere-fi-tappara-ilves-uutiset-350×106/”

Could you help me with this one, because I am not a technical guy – is it a bug/ or what?

There is no surprise, that it is crucial to my customers and me to have this plugin running correctly.

    Thanks in advance and regards,
    – Peetu

    Hey Peetu,

That’s just a PHP notice stating that a variable name hasn’t been defined and shouldn’t affect the way the plugin works at all. Having said that, I’d still like to get to the bottom of the problem. So that I can look into it further and pinpoint the problem in order to get it resolved could you submit a support ticket on our website with your “System Info” from the plugin (WordPress Dashboard > Facebook Feed > Support > System Info). We’re not allowed to provide support for the Pro version of the plugin on this www.ads-software.com forum, as it’s reserved for support for the free version only.

    Many thanks!
