Pro version – download setup "All users (including guests)" doesn't work.

    Hello.
    Few days ago I bought Pro version but I thing Function -> Who can view downloads? – All users (including guests) doesn’t work.. The files, with this setup in moderation option, can be downloaded with anyone who come to webpage, right? But still asking from me to Log In to wordpress to allow downloading file.
    How to set up plugin that anyone without login can download file?
