    Our Pro license expired on 12.06.2024. But how can that be? They say that you don’t have to renew it every year (“Renewals are not mandatory”), you just don’t get any more patches and updates.

    Access to the Pro version must therefore still be possible. So I don’t understand why I now have to pay the annual fee again. Can you explain this to me?

    What we can tell you is that the Pro version is not a subscription, but it has a validity of one year for those who don’t use the Channel Manager. The license is unlimited instead for those who are also using our E4jConnect Channel Manager service.

    It may be possible that the plugin was automatically updated to the latest version 1.6.9, and due to the expired Pro license, your update was actually a downgrade to the latest free version of the plugin. No data is lost of course, but please get in touch with our team through our website to find a solution and to restore your commercial/Pro version and features.
