Pro Version for Property Group not working

I tried to receive support through https://listingsforappfolio.com/, but they clearly didn’t understand the plugin settings and it was a waste of an hour of my time, so I would appreciate your direct support.
I installed the pro version of the plugin and for all listings it works just fine. I created a property group and used the shortcode [apfl_listings type=”Short Term Rentals”] but it does not show any results. In the “all listings” one of the properties is displaying properly that is in the group, “Short Term Rentals”, so the listing itself is working properly, just not displaying in the group. I checked all of the items that were listed in your documentation, with no success. Please advise on how I can get it to work with the property groups.
