Pro version instalation

    Hi there.

    If I’ll do this:
    “To install the WordPress plugin follow these steps:

    Download the plugin to your computer.
    Go to the plugins section in WordPress
    If has been installed another version of the plugin, deactivate it, and then press the corresponding “Delete” button.
    Press the “Add New” button at top of section.
    Press the “Upload Plugin” button, and select the zipped file downloaded in the first step.
    Finally, install and activate the plugin.”

    in order to install pro version of plugin, will I loose already created forms with free version?

    Hello @henrycproject,

    The operation described preserves the forms created with the Free version of the plugin because does not affect the entries in the database that store the forms. So, after upgrading to the Professional version of the plugin, the forms created with the free version will be there.

    My file that I have downloaded is not a zip file… it is a folder.
    What should I do?

    Hello @henrycproject,

    Your computer should be configured to unzip dynamically the downloaded zipped files, if it is the case, simply zip the folder again and follow the installation process.
