Pro version is not working anymore

    Hi there,

    if bought the pro version 3 years ago and now it’s not working anymore. The website runs with Divi. I already have deactivated all the others plugins and reinstalled the plugin, but with no result.

    The player seems to be there, but it’s not playing. Can you help me with that? For example here’s one product: https://frequenz-welt.de/produkt/motivation/

    The problem is the same with free and pro version, but ok, I’ve opened a ticket on your website.
