    The reason we don’t do Pro version support on the Free WordPress forum is because WordPress does not allow it, which is completely understandable.

    We do Pro Version support on the a3rev Public Forum and we do Lite Version support here on the WordPress Public Forum.

    I have responded to your email and again asked you to post your support request to the a3rev forum where i will kelp you. Thank you..
