Pro version issues

After spending $150 on the pro version, I had to open a support ticket to get a working version of the plugin from a Dropbox folder. The version that was downloadable from my account on the Smackcoders site didn’t work.

In the time it took to get a response from support, I wrote my own importer for my specific need so I no longer needed this tool. Asked for a refund and was told no.

Be sure you need this before you spend money on it and be prepared to accept that the documentation isn’t great. If you need to manipulate data, do it before you use the importer as it doesn’t have the ability to translate a binary value into something else like a category. Fortunately, the textjoin function in Excel, combined with some if conditions can clean up the data before using this tool.
