Pro Version: Metadata from Facebook

  • The facebook importer Pro plugin seems to properly store most facebook information in metadata fields (e.g. event_starts). It would be handy if someone could use these metadata field values at other places in the wordpress site.
    My problem though is that (1) widely used metadata fields such as “title”, “excerpt” and “content” are not filled (I don’t get any data) and (2) I’m not able to use/store the date/time data in a normalized way (e.g. event_starts: “2017-02-07T18:30:00+0100” instead of “February 07, 2017 @19.30h”). I tried to play around with the source code date/time formatting, but I had no luck.

    P.S. I couldn’t register for the Pro forum, therefore I’m posting here.
