    I have installed the Pro version.

    Here are the problems:

    • If I select NEW TYPE – then my whole site gets messed on rendering. This means I have to use the OLD TYPE.
    • If I insert a big image into a page, and then drag the corner to make it smaller to fit – the light box pop works but it only displays a small image. Even if I set the popup width and height to a huge figure – I still get a small popup image.

    Please assist.

    Following on the issue above – please note that I do not have the POPUP SIZE FIX selected.

    What users like me want is the following:

    • Insert an image on the page.
    • Resize it to fit the page.
    • On a popup – display in full size.

    This is really simple. Come on guys – it cannot be that difficult.

    We are begging your pardon about this issue. Could you please name the theme you currently use? Is there any builder plugin installed on your website by any chance ? Described issue sounds like a conflict and we may recommend to switch to a standard WP theme and deactivate all plugins, switch to the New Type and see if the issue fixes. After that go and activate plugins one by one and refresh the page by activating every plugin and see upon which plugin the new type messes up the page.

    Hi

    I am using the Generate Press theme.

    I do use Site Origin and have also installed your IT Slider. For video presentation I use ARVE Pro – but I did test it by first disabling it and then enabling it, and it does not make any difference.

    When I have some time I will follow the steps outlined above.

    HACKER SCRIPTS IN YOUR EMAIL

    I sent you an email – and in return you sent me an email that contained embedded scripts that tried to connect to a server with a RU domain.

    What is going on?

    Are guys are distributing hacker scripts in your email ??? !!!

    This is not a script, but our testing website. We make tests of the mentioned environment, shall it be a plugin that brings conflict with client’s theme or something else. WE use it for support channel. We are in the talks with developers and trying to sort this issue and we will be back to you in minutes. And let us assure you for 100% that there are no scripts or malware in our emails. As you can see we sent you only texts written in the gmail. Yet for your safety and a guarantee of security we have contacted the mailing hosts to check the servers , just in case. Once again, bossjoomla.ru is our testing environment in order to help support staff members to duplicate mentioned plugin lists of clients in order to find and detect issues and see the conflict , after that come with a solution.

    This is Greg, the manager of Huge-IT. We had a nerve wracking situation, as we were shocked to see such report thinking something went wrong with email SMTP settings, but luckily everything is 100% secure. Let me break down the issue.

    1. The link to bossjoomla is connected with our email signature. You can check that by inspecting elements ( https://prnt.sc/egkzay ) of the browser’s tools. Right click on the mouse and go to inspect elements. Then click Console and see the error links in the console.

    2. These links that direct to bossjoomla.ru are the links leading to the signature logos or images that come with our replies. The logos were saved in the bossjoomla.ru and we linked them in the HTML code of the email signature to that website, so that logos/link images of our social accounts will show in our email signature.

    3. You still can see those social icon accounts and images, which are png files are the links you get in the signature as well as in the code of the signature.

    That’s it as simple is that. But in order to avoid any confusion, we will create new logos and save them on our website, so that the links show Huge-IT, instead of bossjoomla.
