Pro version recommended, because support is needed

This plugin is very full-featured, but it can be buggy, and sometimes after an update, things which worked before will break. For this reason, I recommend the paid version, which comes with support (which sometimes seems to amount to bug-fixing). The Web-Dorado support team is friendly and ready to assist.

I do not know of any free tool (or any paid tool, for that matter) which has all the features which I have come to like about Form Maker, so I put up with the occasional glitches and bugs, and I pay for support. The rich features and the friendly assistance are why I give this plugin a 5-star rating, in spite of the problems.

After your paid subscription expires, you can still use all the advanced features of Form Maker, you just don’t get support and updates.
