Pro version shop error

  • Got the following error on my shop page:
    Sorry, our Etsy items are having some issues. Please give us a minute to get this back in order. Thank you!

    I have lost my login to complete a support ticket and honestly I have don’t have time. There are no code errors in Firebug and all of my etsy settings seem to be in place, I am running the latest version. I have not done anything differently. https://www.inspirebyangelisa.com/shop/

    How can I fix this? My shop has been working great for over a year, this error is quite sudden and unexpected. It is not an installation issue. And when I google the error, I just get tons of other shop sites with the same issue. Its as though the short codes are not working anymore…

    A quick response would be greatly appreciated.

    The issue with this was an expired Etsy API. I created a new developer API on etsy.com and that fixed the broken plugin. I am posting this to help others that may be experiencing this issue, as support was unable to point me in the right direction. They claimed it was a bug in Etsy’s code which was not the case.
