Pro Version Stops / Whitescreen of Death

Pro Version stopped working. Does not give any errors just gives me the whitescreen of Death on the dashboard. I use filed manager to disable it. All other plugins work fine. I reinstate it and I get the death screen again. So I know it is this plugin.

I have used it for several days testing the front end of the site without any problems – uploaded files, created folders, downloaded, etc. Tonight when I logged in, is when I had the issue. Tried from 3 different computers on 3 different browsers (explorer, firefox and chrome) Once I deactivated it, everything works fine. (except for this plugin)

Please let me know what other info you need.
