Pro Version Support NOT Possible

I purchased the Pro version and when I attempt to open a ticket, it does not recognize my PayPal email address — which is a horrid model, Manoj, making it so that is is impossible for paying customer to get support (even with the email addresses they used to purchase with).
So, what do I do?
