    We have submitted 2 support tickets on your wpsemplugins website, the first over a week ago, but have not yet had a reply other than the auto-reply that our message was received. We have the pro version and cannot install on some client websites as it says the License Key is invalid but its the same one we use on other websites without issue. Please advise.
