Pro version upgrade problem

When upgrading do you need to de-activate the standard version?
I couldn’t install the upgraded version without doing this.

After upgrading, the chrome plugin shows no pixel installed. All the pixel information is in the pro plugin as it is the same as the standard.

When I uninstall the pro, and go back to the standard, my pixel shows again.

Tried this a few times. Why could the pro version no add the pixel when the standard one does?
