    It should be under Network Admin -> Plugins -> Installed Plugins -> Must-Use. Look for a “License” link in the “Admin Menu Editor [Multisite module]” row.

    Note that WordPress doesn’t support automatic updates for mu-plugins. You will have to download and install updates manually.

    I hadn’t seen the ‘must-use’ option!
    It was pretty obvious really.
