• Good morning everyone.
I have Jupiter X v.2.5.2 theme, Elementor 3.8.1, WP 6.1, staging on Kinsta php 7.4
    [ redundant link removed ]

When I modify a page on Elementor the elements and widgets in the left panel are not loaded and this Javascript error appears in the developer console:

TypeError: Cannot use ‘in’ operator to search for ‘length’ in A
    at p (load-scripts.php..

If I bring php 8 when I access the Element editor the site goes into critical error.

Nel log ora ho questi errori ogni volta che accedo all’editor:

2022/11/14 13:58:53 [error] 17245#17245: *2671 FastCGI sent in stderr: "PHP message: PHP Warning: Illegal string offset 'pro_widgets' in /www/wwwshessocom_435/public/wp-content/plugins/elementor/includes/api.php on line 164PHP message: PHP Warning: Illegal string offset 'pro_widgets' in /www/wwwshessocom_435/public/wp-content/plugins/elementor/includes/api.php on line 167" while reading upstream, client: 87.1.12.92, server: staging-wwwshessocom-staging.kinsta.cloud, request: "GET /wp-admin/post.php?post=5&action=elementor HTTP/1.1", upstream: "fastcgi://unix:/var/run/php7.4-fpm-wwwshessocom.sock:", host: "staging-wwwshessocom-staging.kinsta.cloud:58747", referrer: "https://staging-wwwshessocom-staging.kinsta.cloud/

I’ve tried everything. The same error occurs with any WP theme. There are no other active plugins.

    Thanks

  • Hi,

Examine Elementor’s system requirements and make sure your website is answering at least the minimum requirements.

Contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase your WordPress memory limit to at least 256MB. If you are using additional plugins on your site that also have minimum requirements such as WooCommerce or Yoast, you might need to increase your memory to 512MB to help avoid loading issues.

If the issue persists, to rule out a plugin or theme conflict, please deactivate all your plugins (besides Elementor) and see if it helps. If it solves the issue, reactivate them one by one to find the culprit. If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) to the “Hello Elementor” theme and see if it makes any difference.
