Proactive Support Fixed Issue

I had an issue with refunds reported in the forum. Within 24 hours an engineer reached out, checked my installation and later fixed the issue at their end. Good work.

The plugin may exhibit issues, any software will, but if the team are actively trying to fix and improve it, that’s a good place to be and to be commended.
