After beginning to edit or updating a page, this message appears:

    Background Request Blocked

Wordfence Firewall blocked a background request to WordPress for the URL https://www.buyprohemp.com/wp-...x.php?wpacu_check_external_url. If this occurred as a result of an intentional action, you may consider allowlisting the request to allow it in the future.

    [Add action to allowlist] [Dismiss]

The page is successfully updated. I have not chosen to add it to the allowlist yet.

@cubicinfinity my sincere apologies for not getting back to you sooner! Better now than never! I suspect the problem is from the fact that the “wpacu_check_external_url” query string is used. Wordfence might not like it. Chances are it has already “learned” about it as I just made a test with Wordfence and this AJAX request is not blocked. In future versions of Asset CleanUp, that query string might be removed to avoid confusion with other firewall plugins as well.

You can read about the blocking here (found after a simple Google search): https://www.siteground.com/kb/wordpress-showing-background-request-blocked/ – consider whitelisting it if you still have this problem by making Wordfence “learn” about it.
