Probably blocked by a CF Firewall rule

    Hi, guys. Thank you for this awesome plugin ( and for Hustle too ) which I use as a Contact Form from 6 months . You will see only the the page : Contact Us and the paragraph before the form. Just what I see from a different IP address than the one I have whitelisted on Cloudflare and I just noticed it.

    I have such a rule :

    If

    URL Full
    equals
    https://mysite/wp-login.php

    OR

    URL Full
    equals
    https://mysite.com/wp-admin/

    AND
    URL Path
    does not contain
    /forminator

    AND
    URL Full
    does not equal
    https://mysite/contact-us/

    THEN

    BLOCK

    It should work but it doesn’t. Plus plenty of IP addresses , IP address ranges & countries are blocked by another rule.

    Hi @jimmy19742 and thanks for the kind words about Forminator and Hustle.

    I checked your contact page but I’m afraid that I’m not completely sure that I understand what exactly is being blocked, could you elaborate your issue a bit more please?

    Is the page with Forminator form being blocked, or you’re having submission issues, or something else?

    Regarding the rules that you mentioned, are those your CF rules?

    Sorry for my late reply but I got no notification via email( simply checked the forum now) with Your reply which I’m much grateful for.
    The page itself is not blocked. Simply the form doesn’t show up. The paragraph above it is visible but not the form. Yup, those are my CF rules. I was on their Pro plan for 5 or 6 months. In general I have been behind CF for 3 years.

    If you mean If that’s the only CF firewall rule of mine then it’s not indeed.

    I sincerely apologise for the delay in our reply. I did check the site URL and I see that the access is denied for me. Also the contact us page is blocked too completely which is where I suppose the issue looks to be resolved.
