• If you want to sell me something, lead with the value proposition. DO NOT lead with lots of promises of what it will do and then ask me to pay for basics AFTER spending 30 minutes or more. The way I see it, you should owe me for not telling me that the archive it creates is proprietary and the only hope I will have of moving a modest sized file to another server is to pay a bunch of cash.
