Probably the best support ticket system out there!

I used to run Osticket for a long time, because it is free to use, but I needed something that will integrate with wordpress.

I tried a lot of support ticket plugins, but most of them required a rather expensive registration to be of any good. I operate on a shoestring budget, so paying a yearly fee of $50-$80 USD was not what I had in mind! Then I stumbled upon Support Candy…

First you get three modules for free which is really nice and from there on you can buy what you need. I like this approach to the problem as you only buy what you need. The system is not very complicated either and you can have a fully setup support system in a matter of minutes.

Their support section is really great and they will help you out when you get stuck, even if you are a free user! BTW, you can use the system for free entirely without spending s sent, but if you really want your support section to stand out, then buying just one of the modules is a must.

I can highly recommend this plugin and my clients LOVE the system as well!
