    hi, i installed and tried to convert the images. the problem is that if i don’t choose a folder in “Custom Folders” (Select custom folders in the /wp-content folder and process images inside them) the compression gives me the following error: “Please select at least one folder to process” but i don’t have additional folders to add with images to compress. The batch processing starts anyway but it doesn’t compress in webp and avif. i have to cancel the compression of the images (which didn’t happen) manually individually and relaunch the compression always manually on the single images but i can’t do it on thousands of images!. how do i solve it? Thanks.

    Hello @gtcrea

    Please note that the ‘Bulk Process Now’ button in the section ‘Custom Folders’ is only for processing images in custom folders in the /wp-content folder.

    If you are trying to process images in the media library (Uploads folder) only, you should use the ‘Start Bulk Processing’ button on the top of the page.
