I have been having problems with the security of my site. (thinkisolations.com)… i am using TSO host to provide the hosting. I have contacted TSO Host who has now put a block on my account.

In order to find where the problems might be, I have been advised (through various YouTube tutorials) that WordFence maybe the answer.
Unfortunately, the server has suspended my service (except through specific local IP addresses).

For me to be able to run a diagnostic test using your plugin, I must be able to provide your plugin’s local IP. Only then will TSOHost allow the process to be performed.

I hope you can provide me the right information needed to resolve the problem. I have been struggling since Monday and seem to be going around in circles!

  • Thanks for reaching out.

TSO Host has had their share of problems so it’s no surprise that they are trying to be proactive.

You can find our IP addresses at this link.

If you haven’t started yet, this is a guide to cleaning your site using Wordfence Free.

Additionally, you might find the Malware Removal section in our free online security center helpful.

    I hope this helps.

I would just like to respond to the “Resolved” tickbox and inform you that it isn’t resolved. Sorry!

I’ve fruitlessly searched the WordFence website for a customer support chatroom (or similar). Neither does there appear to be a phone support service. I’m guessing that this only becomes available once the paid subscription is chosen. (So I don’t know if the plugin is the right one or not unless and until I purchase it…)

My host has requested I provide them the information or they won’t be able to help me resolve my security issues. I just need the IP so the Hosting can add the address to the permitted users. If I can at least be able to run a dignostic scan, then I can determine if I do need to upgrade (or in fact, another plugin like Sucuri, may be more applicable to my specific problem).

If you prefer to contact the host for security reasons, i can provide the contact details you may require for verification.

Apologies, I found the IP addresses.
