    Thanks for letting us know. That message appears when there is no data yet exported to our engine. We have fixed this error message in version 1.0.1, which we will be releasing very soon.

    Have you exported your historical order information by clicking on the Export button in the Graphflow Settings page? There are two buttons, one to export product data, and the second one below it to export order history – you should click both Export buttons. Once you’ve done this, you should start seeing recommended products immediately.

    Are you using this on a demo / development store, or a store with live traffic?

    If it is a demo store, then there may be no order data or live traffic, so you might not see any recommendations as we need a bit of data for the recommendations to start working.

    Oops, I did not know that these buttons were mandatory export. I’ll do a test and you return with the result.

    My site is hosted online more traffic without a shopping yet.

    Please do let me know how you get on. Also please let me know if you run into any trouble with the exporting as we want to make sure it is as easy and efficient as possible.

    It is not mandatory, as we collect data as events happen on your site. But it does help to “kick start” things by giving us some historical data to start making recommendations immediately.
