Hi and thank you for such great plugin, it is wonderful, just small problem.
The attached photo to customer review can’t be more than 50kb size.
of course this is very small size for a customer photo.
I noted that someone else reported the same issue and you redirected him to the hosting server.
but i think the issue is not related to hosting as on my site i have uploaded many products photos with size 350kb and more, while in review the max size is 50kb.
kindly try to solve this issue as soon as possible with thanks.

    Thanks for trying my plugin!

There are different technical ways to upload a picture in WordPress. If you are in the admin area, upload will done using one approach. If you want to upload a picture together with submitting a comment (or WooCommerce review), then it will be a different approach. The maximum size of uploaded file in these two cases is controlled by different server settings.

Let’s do the following. Can you please install one of the popular plugins for upload of pictures with comments? For example, this one: Comment Attachment. Or any other plugin for attachment of images to comments. Next, please test upload of large images (350kb) with comments and see if it will work fine?

Reviews in WooCommerce are based on the standard WordPress comments, so upload of images will be handled in the same fashion. If upload of large images with comments work fine, it will mean that the problem is with my plugin. If it won’t, then the problem is related to your server config.

Yes i did, and tried many plugins, they are all having the same problem, i checked with my hosting server, they did’t solve the problem, they said that my attachment file size can be up to 64000kb and i should not have this problem, and they can’t know why this is happening, but they said it is not related to webhosting, in short the problem still not solved and i am still trying to find a solution.
Thank you for following up and asking.

    Hey Soubhi

Different hosting providers set up different rules and limits for upload of images. It is difficult to troubleshoot this kind of problems because each web server has different software stack and different configuration parameters.

As a simple workaround, we added a new feature to our plugin that enables customers upload photos and videos directly from aggregated review forms. These forms are hosted on Amazon servers and don’t have any issues with upload of files. Uploaded files are then displayed on corresponding WooCommerce product pages. Please install version 3.27.1 or later of the plugin and try this new feature. If you notice any problems, please let me know.
