    Hello,
I have a problem when enabling 2FA on my website, it prompts for the 2FA code but straight then it redirects to the login form with the error message :

CODE REQUIRED: Please provide your 2FA code when prompted.

I have Jetpack plugin activated and I activated the WordPress.com login option

Is there a conflict btw jetpack WordPress.com login options & wordfence login security options ?

  • Hey @dwnfred,

I don’t believe this is going to be a conflict with Jetpack SSO. I was able to login with Two-Factor enabled using username/password and the SSO login.

What are you using for reCAPTCHA? Can you try disabling it and let me know if it helps?

If that doesn’t help, can you check for a full plugin conflict? Try temporarily switching to a default theme if you’re not already using one and disabling all other plugins then reactivating them one by one to see if the issue persists?

To do so I recommend the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin which allows you to disable all plugins and switch to a default theme, but only for your user.

    Thanks,

    Gerroald

    Hey @dwnfred,

Thanks for the update, and information.

Did you happen to have CAPTCHA enabled in Wordfence and Jetpack?

I can do some testing as well. It definitely sounds like a conflict.

    Thanks,

    Gerroald
