Problem Activating Plugin

I’ve installed and activated the plugin, however nothing shows up in my menu. No settings or ability to create maps, locations, etc.

The short code works fine and places a map in my page, and the widget works fine.

But How can I find the Nomad menu so I can utilize the plugin.
