Problem adding blocks (to Add row Add Widget) not appearing in Sydney Theme

    Hello,

    I have an issue adding blocks for the Sydney theme, when I follow the tutorial below the widgets don’t appear on the homepage or any page for that matter.

    I’ve tried adding the Sydney and standard wordpress widgets (all are enabled) but they’re not showing up on the page!

    Am I missing something obvious?

    I’m afraid the website isn’t online yet but I can relay information if required.

    Following this as I’m having the exact same problem!

    I have just worked out my problem. This sounds really obvious but have you installed the Types plugin first? Then add services. When you have done this your pagebuilder Sydney services widget will show up.
    Follow the import settings file video and then the creating services video https://athemes.com/documentation/sydney/. You’ve probably already done it, if not, try it!

    No, that didn’t work, I reinstalled the plugins and uploaded the settings file but I get the same problem.

    The site is gthtechnology.co.uk

    You can see on the front page, there’s a blank white space where I’ve added the row and the Sydney FP Services type:A widget.

    Anyone see what the problem could be as I’m at a loss?

    ok so if you go to your dashboard you should have services, employees, testimonials etc down the left hand side. have you clicked on services and added a new service? what you enter in here should show up on your front page. if you have already done this then I don’t know what else it could be. hopefully someone else will come along to help!
