Problem after click on header menu

    Hello,
    I have a problem with a downloads page: when I click on the link contained in the header menu, I only have the right to display a page that does not normally exist?!
    And this regardless of the short code.

    Can you watch and tell me what I should do.

    PS. : The simple click on the header menu (Downloads and updates of the application) removes me the menu in question?

    We have checked your issue and it appears that after clicking on the Downloads and updates of the application the menu is still appearing.

    If, We are getting it wrong then Could you please clarify the issue in detail? Exactly what kind of issue are you facing right now? You can share a screencast using Loom or you can take a screenshot using Lightshot.

    This will help us to understand the issue correctly.

    Hello,

    In fact, when you click on the “App downloads and updates” menu, a small area appears (see your screenshot).

    If you click on the title of this area, it appears what I expect to press on the main menu: see attached screenshot.

    So after pressing the title “App downloads and updates” menu will be marked as active?

    If yes, then it’s not coming from WPDM. It’s coming from your theme.

    At the same time, I reinstalled Download Manager, found a normal menu, and decided to only offer a link.
