Problem after downloading plugin

    I’ve downloaded and installed the plugin and now I can’t access to my wp-admin dashboard anymore.

    I get the page :

    To perform the requested action, WordPress needs to access your web server. Please enter your FTP credentials to proceed. If you do not remember your credentials, you should contact your web host.

    without any CSS formatting and no button “Ok”

    How can I fix it?

    Strange this is the message WordPress gives when there are file permissions issues when trying to install a plugin. You get this error when trying to login? What’s your URL?

    I am getting this error message when trying to get access to the dashboard.

    I have no issue with any other plugin

    What error message are you seeing? I don’t see any errors when I goto your site https://www.snappyorder.co/wp-login.php

    Disregard last reply, delete the coming soon plugin and see if the error still exists. Like I said this is typically a file permissions issue in your site and is not related to a plugin. Google the error message you are seeing and you can see how others have fixed it. If you enter you credentials can you then access the dashboard?
