• Hi! I just migrated the site I was working on.. from one https://someName.com/demo
    to https://newName.com

and now all users lost their profile and cover pictures and also custom fields (I had a resume text field that now disappeared)

I see the custom field on the database: personalSummary2 with Id 102 but I can’t see that on the profile.

I migrated all pictures from wp-content/uploads/ultimatemember/ to the new server.

Where can I change the path to the pictures?

    What am I missing???

    Any help is welcome..

PD: the rest of the site is ok.. it’s just the pictures ??

does anybody knows where the path to the pictures is saved??? maybe that’s the problem?.. it didn’t changed on the migration of the domain?

    Hi @luzram,

Have you replaced the old path URL with the new one in your Database? You can use search a replace tool for DB and see if it helps.

    Regards.

Hi! thanks for replying… yes, I change everything (at least what I could find).

Actually I migrated again, doing the domain change first on the origin and migrating the DB to the new one…

all pictures on the site work, except for the Ultimate Member’s profile and cover..

also.. if I try to set a cover on the new site, it gets an error: “Unable to create directory uploads/2018/08. Is its parent directory writable by the server?”

That’s strange for two reasons.. one the actual permissions, but second.. it tries to save it on a different path than the other one ( uploads/2018/08 instead of uploads/ultimatemember/userId)

Maybe I did change a DB option to the wrong path?.. Where is the ultimate member’s picture path configured?

    Ok! I fixed it…

I did the migration again… this time I had to install a fresh WordPress on the destination server, and used “ALL-in-one WP Migration” plugin to export from the origin and importing it on the new one.. this time it worked..

(just in case it helps someone else.. )
