Problem after plugin update

  • Hello, thank you for the good plugin.

    I have three sites with similar settings and structure, but after the last upgrade the plugin does not work in one of them. The menu appears normally on the front-end, but when it is pressed, it attempts to load for a few seconds and then the screen get stuck. I tried to install the plugin from the start, I deleted cache,but the problem remains.

    Hi,

    Perhaps this is a conflict with one of your plugins. Could you try to disable other plugins and check if my plugin will work? Also, the conflict may be with the theme.

    If this is a conflict, let me know which particular plugin is causing this conflict.

    Strange, very strange… The conflict is with the only plugin I could not imagine. This is the premium plugin “Easy Social Share Buttons” ver. 5.7. The strange thing is that I use the same plugin in other two sites without problem. I search now in essb setup…

    Hi Alex,

    Unfortunately, I could not find anything. As a last solution I will try to reset settings in essbn, but if it does not succeed, I will have to disable your plugin on one web page, it is very sad because it really does a great job. (Even more strange is that on the homepage I do not use the essb at all and its settings are exactly the same as those I have on other websites.) Anyway, I greatly appreciate your efforts to solve the problem, if there is anything newer please let me know …
