What is the last option you see in the DW edit? Is that particular option completely available?

Hi thanks for the quick reply!

The last option I see is Single posts, but none of the options expand when I click on them.

I seem to have no options available at all now

I’d almost say the update didn’t work or something. I think it’s wise to reinstall DW. Just deactivate DW, delete the dynamic-widgets directory under plugin and install again. Your settings (if you did not press save on an edit page) are safe.

    Hi

I have tried what you advised and re installed again. But the same issues remain. No change at all.

Hmm.. looks like it breaks on the single posts module. Do you have many hierarchical taxonomy terms?

Hi thanks for the help, I have about 50 taxonomy terms..

But have got the options back by taking the single posts out of the php, kinda hacked around for a while and took out $DW_Single = new DW_Single(); $DW_Single->admin(); seems to give me the options back just have to test and see if it still works…

looks like it was timing out due to the number of spam registrations I have on the site.. It usedn’t do this with the older version though ?? I have just commented out the code for single and author and now it seems to work for now anyway..

That’s a bit strange. Cause the author list is only returning a list of users who have a role level > 0. I assume your (spam) registrations end up as subscriber in the system (user level 0).

Hi thanks again for the help! Most of my users are set to user_status 0 but there are a number of them set to user_status 1 , not quite sure why…

Hi – I’m getting similar issue where the plugin just fails and reveals everything – reinstall and reboot system solves the issue but it happens again. Don;t appear to be getting any error logs ??

    Hello Wilfil,

I’m not sure this is the same issue which was discussed here in this topic. This is about an author list being populated with too many entries. The issue you’re describing seems to be something different.

Hi I will mark this as solved as the issue seems to be related to the number of spam users my site has. Thanks Qurl.
