Problem Assigning Font

I’m trying to change the font under my photo to the Rouge Script I just downloaded. I see that the block style I’m using is “paragraph,” so I attempted to assign Rouge Script to the “paragraph” template option but it didn’t work. When I went back and looked for the font, it didn’t come up in the drop-down list of options.
