Problem at save time

Hi,
i installed the the WR Megamenu plugin i have many menu in site.
Right now i add a new menu and then click on save button then automatically all menu remove from the primary menu and new menu was’t appear there.site Link https://greeninterio.com
please help me to rid of this issued.
